The Eaton B-Line AWF2420P is sized for 24 x 20 inch enclosures. The panel itself measures 21 inches high by 17 inches wide, with a 17 inch length/depth figure, so it sits inside the enclosure body rather than spanning the full 24 x 20 opening. If your box is a different size, you need the panel cut for that size, not this one.

Steel, with a white powder coated finish. The name refers to the fiberglass enclosure line it goes into, not the panel material. That matters on the job: you can drill and tap it, weld studs to it, and bond it for grounding the way you would any carbon steel back panel, which you cannot do with a non-conductive panel.

Back panels for Eaton B-Line fiberglass enclosures are ordered separately as an accessory. The AWF2420P is the panel alone for a 24 x 20 inch box. Budget for mounting hardware and the enclosure itself as separate line items when you are pricing out a job.

It is a flat NEMA-style panel for a Type 1 medium enclosure, white powder coated steel. Flat panels mount to the studs in the rear of the box and give you a plain surface for DIN rail, wireway and device mounting. If you need components accessible from both sides or a hinged arrangement, a flat panel is not the part for that.

9.53 lb. Light enough for one person to set into an enclosure, but worth knowing if you are pre-populating the panel on the bench with breakers, relays or a drive before hanging it, since the assembled weight adds up quickly on a wall-mount fiberglass box.

The AWF2420P panel is powder coated white on a carbon steel base. Powder coat is an insulating layer, so where you need a bonding path, use a paint-piercing washer or scrape the coating at the bonding point the way you would on any painted steel back panel. The white finish itself is there for visibility inside the enclosure when you are troubleshooting.
