B-Line Eaton series imperial cable tray and ladder, 6" height, 35.69" length, 42" width, Series 2-5 vertical outside bend, 60°, 24" radius, Aluminum

A vertical outside bend carries the tray run over an obstruction or down a change in elevation, with the bend turning away from the cable. The B-Line 6A-42-60VO24 turns 60 degrees on a 24 inch radius, so cables leaving a horizontal run drop away at that angle while keeping the bend radius the cable needs. If your elevation change is a different angle, you need the matching degree fitting instead, not this one.

Allow 35.69 inches of run length for the fitting itself, measured along the depth of the piece, plus the 24 inch bend radius geometry. At 42 inches wide it also needs clear width across the full tray. Lay it out before you hang the trapeze supports on either side of the elevation change.

The 6A-42-60VO24 is supplied as the bend fitting itself. Splice plates, bolts and the support hardware at each end of the fitting are ordered separately, so add them to the same order if your run is new rather than a repair.

This bend is aluminum throughout, which is the usual choice where weight matters and where mild corrosion resistance is wanted without galvanizing or paint. For heavy chemical exposure or wash-down environments, buyers typically move to stainless or fiberglass tray instead. Keep the whole run in one material so the fittings, splice plates and hardware match.

It carries a CE marking. That is the rating stated for this fitting; specify any other approvals your facility requires at the time of order.
