1) Can the B-Line 214 MTBH meter socket be mounted outdoors on an exterior wall?
Yes. The 214 MTBH carries a 3R enclosure rating, which is the rain-tight rating used for outdoor wall-mounted service equipment, and it is built for surface mounting. The steel enclosure is galvanized and finished in ANSI 61 gray paint for outdoor exposure.
