B-Line Eaton series panels and panel accessories, White polyester powder coated, Aluminum, Panels and panel accessories, Fits 6" X 4" enclosures, JIC

That is exactly what the AW64AP is sized for. It is a B-Line (Eaton) series mounting panel made to fit 6 inch by 4 inch enclosures, and it is intended for JIC and other small panel enclosures. If your box is a different nominal size, you need the panel matched to that size instead, since these back panels are cut to the interior of a specific enclosure.

The AW64AP carries a UL Listed marking. For an inspector or an institutional spec that calls for listed components inside the enclosure, that is the credential on record for this panel.

The stated dimensions are 6 in height, 4 in width, and 3 in length/depth, and the panel weighs .111 lb. Use the 6 x 4 figures to confirm it matches the enclosure interior you are mounting into before you lay out your DIN rail or component holes.

Aluminum, finished in white polyester powder coat. The aluminum substrate is the reason it comes in at .111 lb, which makes it easy to handle when you are fitting it into a small junction or control box one-handed.

Order B-Line (Eaton) AW64AP. That is the manufacturer part number for the white powder coated aluminum panel sized for 6 inch by 4 inch enclosures. There is a single model on this configuration, so there is no finish or size suffix to specify.

The white polyester powder coat gives you a light background inside a small box, which makes wire labels and component markings far easier to read when you are troubleshooting in a dim mechanical room. It also puts a coated barrier over the aluminum, so it holds up better in damp panel locations than an uncoated plate.
