B-Line 3024SP Eaton series premier series accessories, NEMA 4 rating, White polyester powder coated, Swing-out panels help with components mounting, Swing-out panels, Premier series accessories, Swing-out panel, 14 gauge

Sizing matters more than anything else here. The 3024SP measures 27.78 x 23.22 x 21.84 inches as listed and is built as a Type 4 swing-out panel for Premier series enclosures. Match the panel to the enclosure box size it was cut for rather than to the door opening, since the swing panel has to clear the flange and the hinge side when it rotates out.

Yes. The 3024SP carries a NEMA 4 degree of protection rating and is UL Listed, so it is the correct accessory class for a Type 4 watertight or hosedown enclosure. It does not create the rating on its own, the enclosure does, but it will not compromise a Type 4 box it was built for.

The 3024SP is a swing-out panel for Eaton B-Line Premier series enclosures. It gives you a second mounting surface that pivots out of the enclosure, so you can mount components on the swing panel and still reach the back panel behind it. Typical use is control components on the swing-out and power gear on the back plate.

Order Eaton B-Line part number 3024SP. It is a single catalog number with no finish or size options to specify, so the model itself defines the panel you get.

It is 14 gauge with a white polyester powder coated finish. The white coating is what you want behind control components for visibility, and 14 gauge carries typical relay, PLC, and terminal block loads without the panel oil-canning when it swings.

At 15.378 lb bare, it is a one-man lift, but that is before any components are mounted. Once it is loaded with breakers, drives, or transformers the hinge side carries all of it, so plan your heavier gear toward the hinge and keep the latch edge light.
