No. The 3030SP is a Premier series accessory rated to NEMA 4 and UL Listed, so it is intended to be installed inside a NEMA 4 enclosure without compromising the wash-down and hose-directed-water protection the enclosure is built for. It mounts internally and does not penetrate the enclosure shell.

A swing-out panel hinges out of the enclosure so you get component mounting on both the swing panel and the back panel behind it, and you can reach wiring behind the swing panel without pulling components. Use one when you are tight on mounting real estate or need operator-side devices like relays, PLCs, or terminal blocks accessible for service. A plain back panel is the simpler choice if you have room and nothing needs rear access.
3) How heavy is the 3030SP swing-out panel, and is it a one-person install?
