B22 is a back-to-back welded section: two 1-5/8 inch channels joined spine to spine, giving an open slot on both faces. That lets you hang fittings from either side and roughly doubles the span capacity over a single-face 1-5/8 by 1-5/8 channel. Use it for trapeze runs, long unsupported spans and vertical posts where a single channel would deflect. If you only need to mount to one face, a single channel is the lighter and cheaper choice.

K06 is a knockout pattern: round holes punched on 6 inch centers along the back of the channel. On a B22 back-to-back section that means both webs are punched, so you can through-bolt to structure at 6 inch intervals without drilling in the field. If you need a solid back for full section strength, order a plain (no-hole) channel instead.

DURA GREEN is Eaton B-Line's green epoxy paint finish over steel, used where a coated surface is wanted for corrosion protection and color coding, commonly for fire protection and sprinkler support runs. It is a painted finish, not hot dip galvanizing, so for constant weather exposure, chemical environments or wash-down areas a hot dip galvanized or stainless channel is the better call.

The manufacturer part number is B22KO6-240GRN from Eaton B-Line. Read it as B22 section, K06 knockout pattern on 6 inch centers, 240 inch length, GRN for the DURA GREEN finish. If your existing run is a single-face channel rather than back-to-back, the B22 will not match visually or in fitting depth even though the finish is the same.
