The B2012PAYZN strut clamp is rated for 800 lbs load capacity. That is the clamp assembly's rating, so the strut channel, the anchors into the structure, and the spacing between supports still govern the real limit on your run. Size your hanger spacing off the heaviest filled condition of the pipe, not off the clamp number alone.

The clamp ships with a pre-assembled combination recess hex head screw, so the fastener is already in the assembly. What it does not include is the strut channel nut and spring that bites into the channel lips, plus the channel itself. Order those to match your strut series.

It is steel with a yellow zinc chromate finish. That plating suits dry interior and protected locations. For sustained outdoor exposure, washdown areas, or corrosive atmospheres, step up to a hot dip galvanized or stainless strut clamp instead of yellow zinc.
