No. The 24186 SCGV carries a NEMA Type 1 rating, which is indoor, dry-location only. It gives protection against incidental contact with the enclosed equipment and falling dirt, but nothing against rain, washdown, or dust ingress. For a loading dock, a rooftop, or any damp area, you need a Type 3R or Type 4 enclosure instead. The box is UL 50 listed.

The enclosure measures 24 inches high, 18 inches wide and 6 inches deep. That 6 inch depth is what decides whether your conductors and terminal blocks fit, so check your bend radius against it before you commit. Shipping weight on the box is 25.6 lb.
