1) Will the B-Line 1010 FL IN elbow fit 10 x 10 wireway?
Yes. The B-Line 1010 FL IN is sized for 10 inch by 10 inch lay-in wireway, with a stated product height of 10 in and length/depth of 10 in. It will not mate with 4x4, 6x6, or 8x8 trough; the fitting size has to match the wireway cross section it joins.
2) What is the difference between an inside opening and an outside opening 90 degree wireway elbow?
Orientation of the turn. An inside-opening elbow like the 1010 FL IN turns the run so the opening faces the inside of the corner, which is what you need when the wireway is changing direction on the inner face of a 90 degree bend. If your run turns the other way, you need the outside-opening version instead. Getting this backwards is the most common ordering mistake on elbows, so pick it off the layout drawing, not off the part description alone.
3) Will this elbow match the gray finish on my existing wireway?
It is painted ANSI 61 gray over steel, which is the standard gray used across Eaton B-Line lay-in wireway and most competing steel wireway lines, so it will read as a match on an existing gray run. If your installed trough is white, black, or unpainted galvanized, it will not match visually.
