1) Will the B-Line 1010 E end plate fit a 10 x 10 wireway run?
Yes. The Eaton B-Line 1010 E is sized for 10 inch by 10 inch wireway, which is why the part is designated 1010. It closes off the open end of a straight section or fitting at the termination of the run. It is not a filler for 4x4, 6x6, or 8x8 trough, so match the end plate to the trough size you actually installed.
2) Is this wireway end rated for outdoor or wet locations?
No. The 1010 E is a NEMA 1 end plate, which is general purpose indoor protection against incidental contact with the enclosed wiring and falling dirt. It does not carry a raintight or washdown rating, so for exterior runs or wet areas you need NEMA 3R or NEMA 4 wireway and the matching end plate from that family.
3) Is the Eaton B-Line 1010 E UL Listed for use on an inspected job?
It is UL Listed. That matters on commercial and institutional work where the inspector expects the whole wireway assembly, including end closures, to be listed components rather than field-fabricated covers.
4) What color and material is the 1010 E wireway end, and will it match my existing trough?

5) Do I need an end plate on every wireway run, or only where the trough stops?
Only at the terminations. Anywhere the 10x10 trough butts into another section, a tee, an elbow, or a panel, the opening is already closed. The 1010 E is for the open ends of the run, and NEC requires those dead ends be closed off. Count your open ends and order one per end.
6) How big is a 10x10 wireway end plate and what does it weigh for takeoff?
The 1010 E measures 10 inches wide with a 2.5 inch height and 2.5 inch length/depth on the flange, and it weighs 2.008 lb. Light enough to carry a box of them up a lift, and the shallow flange is what laps onto the trough end for fastening.
