No. The 4430-12WT is a NEMA 12 enclosure, which covers dust, falling dirt and dripping non-corrosive liquids in indoor industrial spaces. It is not rated for hosedown, washdown or outdoor rain exposure. For those locations you need a NEMA 3R or NEMA 4/4X wireway instead.
