1) What trade sizes does the Crouse-Hinds Form 7 TB Condulet come in?
The Form 7 TB Condulet body is offered in six trade sizes: 1/2, 3/4, 1, 1-1/4, 1-1/2 and 2 inch. The catalog numbers follow the size, so TB17 is 1/2 inch, TB27 is 3/4 inch, TB37 is 1 inch, TB47 is 1-1/4 inch, TB57 is 1-1/2 inch and TB67 is 2 inch. 2) What is the difference between the TB27 and the TB27 SA Condulet?

Pick copper-free aluminum where the spec calls for a non-ferrous, low-copper body or where you want the lighter body on an overhead run; pick Feraloy where the job spec is written for the iron alloy. Every size from 1/2 through 2 inch is available in either material.

It is not rated for rain, hose-down, or wet locations, so keep the TB Condulet to indoor work such as plant floors, warehouses, and commercial building interiors. Outdoor or washdown runs need a wet-location rated body instead.
6) Will a Crouse-Hinds TB Condulet meet inspection on a commercial job in the US and Canada?
The Form 7 TB Condulet is built to NEC and CEC standards, so it is written for code-compliant work on both sides of the border in ordinary, non-hazardous locations. Confirm the conduit body fill and conductor sizing against the article that governs your pull, since the body rating does not cover that.
