Yes. The CHQ is built for Type CH loadcenters and takes 3/4 inch (19.1 mm) of panel space per pole, so a single-pole lands in one CH slot and a two-pole in two adjacent slots. If your panel is a Type BR or another manufacturer's bus, this is not the breaker for it.
2) What amp ratings and pole configurations does the Eaton CHQ breaker come in?
Single-pole CHQ breakers run 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50 and 60 amps. Two-pole runs the same ladder: 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50 and 60 amps. Part numbers follow the pattern, so a 20A single-pole is CHQ120 and a 30A two-pole is CHQ230.
