Type BR 1-inch breakers. That is the standard BR bus, so BR single-pole, two-pole and three-pole breakers land on it. Don't plan on Eaton CH breakers or another brand's classified breakers as a substitute - the interior is built for BR.

5) Can this Eaton three-phase loadcenter be installed outdoors or in a wet location?
Indoor only. The enclosure is NEMA 1 metallic, which is a general purpose indoor rating with no protection against rain or washdown. Every version offered is the indoor enclosure. For an exterior wall or a damp mechanical yard you need a rainproof type 3R panel instead.
6) Can I flush mount this Eaton BR loadcenter in a finished wall, or is it surface only?
Mounting method is combination, so the same enclosure handles either surface mount on a wall face or flush mount recessed between studs. A cover is included with the panel. Rough width is 14.31 inches, which is the number to check against your stud bay before you frame the opening.
