No. The 1L1M15 Melrose set is trim only: plates and handles. The multi point mortise lock box is a separate purchase, so you need the lock body already in the door or ordered alongside it. Plan the job as two line items, not one.

Dummy means the handles are fixed, non-operating pulls. Nothing latches, nothing turns, and it isn't keyed. It's the inactive leaf of a pair of patio doors, or a door you only want to pull open and closed. If you need the leaf to actually lock and operate a multi point mechanism, a dummy set is the wrong function.

Center-to-center is 3-5/8 inches on the Melrose trim, measured handle to cylinder position. The plate itself is 2.9 x 17.5 inches. Pull those two numbers against the prep in your door slab: the CTC has to match the existing bores or the handle and cylinder holes won't land.
