2) What finishes does the Emtek 2402 oval doorbell come in, and can I match it to my entry set?
Ten finishes: Oil Rubbed Bronze (US10B), Polished Nickel (US14), Satin Nickel (US15), Pewter (US15A), Flat Black (US19), Polished Chrome (US26), Polished Brass Lifetime (US3), Unlacquered Brass (US3NL), Satin Brass (US4), and French Antique (US7). These are standard Emtek finish codes, so matching an existing Emtek handleset or knob is a matter of ordering the same US number. Note that US3NL is unlacquered and will patina over time, while US3 is a lifetime coated brass that stays bright.
3) Will the Emtek 2402 work with my existing wired doorbell chime?
The 2402 is the push button and plate only, not a chime or transformer. It replaces the button on an existing low voltage wired doorbell circuit, so the chime and transformer you already have stay in place. If you are building new and have no chime or transformer on site, you'll need to source those separately.
4) Is the Emtek 2402 doorbell button lighted?

Look at the STRETTO plates. The 2440 uses a 1-1/2 by 5 inch rosette plate and the 2441 a 1-1/2 by 11 inch plate, both much taller and narrower than the oval rosette on the 2402. Those suit a slim brick mould or a narrow pilaster where a round or oval rosette would crowd the trim.
9) My house is craftsman style, not traditional. Does Emtek make a doorbell that suits it better than the 2402?
Yes. The 2402 belongs to Emtek's American Classic line, which reads traditional. For a craftsman or arts and crafts entry, the 2451 Arts and Craft rosette or the 2452 Hammered rosette is the closer match. Sandcast Bronze (2421 through 2425) and Wrought Steel (2431 through 2433) also lean rustic. For modern work, the Disk (2458), Square (2459) or Urban Modern (2465) rosettes fit better.
