The 2451 is a complete doorbell assembly: the Arts and Crafts rosette plate, a lighted push button, and matching screws all ship together. The screws are only available as part of the kit, so if one goes missing during install you can't buy a replacement set on its own. Nothing else about the doorbell needs to be ordered alongside it.
2) Will the Emtek 2451 work with my existing wired doorbell chime and transformer?
The 2451 is a wired, low-voltage push button with a lighted lens, so it replaces the button end of a conventional wired doorbell system and reuses the chime and transformer already in the wall.
