Emtek Lost Wax Cast Bronze Art Nouveau 8" Door Pull (Select Handing)

The Art Nouveau pull is an asymmetric sculpted casting, so the grip curve runs one direction only. Emtek builds it as a distinct left hand and right hand part: 86144LH for left, 86144RH for right. Stand outside the door, look at which side the pull sits on, and order to match, or the flow of the casting will run backwards against the door. A pair of doors takes one of each.

Mounting holes are 8 inches center to center, and the pull itself is 8 inches high with a 2 inch projection off the face of the door. If the pull you are taking off is also drilled at 8 inch CTC, the existing bores line up. Anything else and the door face gets redrilled.

Either way. It can go on the door face on its own, or be mounted over a pull plate if you want the backing behind it. The 2 inch projection gives knuckle clearance in both setups.

If you want both functions the Trimco 1070 Series offers classic push and pull plates at 3-1/2 inch by 15 inch. Note that the Emtek pull may also be used together with pull plates.
