1) What wire gauge does the Sta-Kon RB14-516X ring terminal crimp onto?
The RB14-516X takes 18 to 14 AWG stranded copper conductor. That is the blue insulation color band, which is the standard trade shorthand for the 16-14 AWG range on insulated terminals, so if you are mixing colors on a panel the blue barrel tells your crew it is the mid-size one. Anything 12 AWG or larger needs a different (yellow) terminal.

The barrel is copper, so it is intended for copper conductors only. Aluminum building wire needs a terminal marked AL or AL/CU, and crimping aluminum into a copper-only barrel sets up a dissimilar-metal joint that corrodes and loosens. Stay with copper 18-14 AWG on the RB14-516X.
