The Dorma CP440 is a double acting center hung pivot set for wood or steel doors rated up to 440 lb and classed standard duty. Single acting means the door swings one way against a stop; double acting means it swings both directions, which is what you want on a kitchen or stockroom traffic door. Neither carries a fire rating.

The Dorma 8062 is a walking beam center hung complete top pivot with cover plate - the head end only. A walking beam top pivot is a different geometry than the 550 rack and pinion arrangement, and it does not include the bottom pivot the opening still needs.
