1) What cable sizes does the Thomas & Betts HSC2-20 end cap fit?

It is also built with extra wall thickness at the tip so the cut strands of the conductor don't punch through the seal, which is the usual failure mode with plain tubing folded over an end.
4) Is the HSC2-20 rated for 600V circuits?
It carries a 600V rating, with a nominal recovered wall of 0.09 inch, so it is suited to building wire and feeder cable ends in branch and feeder work rather than medium-voltage terminations.
