Above 6 inch, or on loose-fit large diameter pressure pipe, step up to a heavy body cement instead.
5) What color does the Hercules 60715 cement dry, and will it show on exposed pipe?
It is a milky white multipurpose cement that goes on clear rather than purple or blue, so it leaves far less visible residue on exposed or finished pipe runs than a tinted cement does. If your inspector requires a visibly colored cement to prove the joint was made, a clear cement is the wrong choice for that job.
