1) Will the Houzer BG-4210 bottom grid fit any Houzer sink, or only one model?
The BG-4210 Wirecraft grid is cut for one sink only: the Houzer CTS-2300. It is not a universal grid. If the bowl in your cabinet is a different Houzer model or another brand, the grid will either rock on the bowl radius or sit short of the walls, and it will not stay put under a load of dishes.
2) What are the dimensions of the BG-4210 sink grid?
It measures 20-1/2 x 15-9/16 x 1 inches. Use the 1 inch height to check clearance for your basket strainer tailpiece and any disposal flange collar, and measure the inside of the bowl at the bottom before ordering if you are not certain which sink you have.
3) Does a bottom sink grid actually protect a stainless sink, or is a plastic mat enough?
