Houzer VITBA-660 Vitale Bar Faucet with CeraDox Technology

Houzer VITBA-660 Vitale bar faucet adds elegance and grace to the heart of your home. The gently curved spout design flows into a warm cylindrical base in a conveniently bar sized package. The spout includes removable and easy-to-clean AeroFlo aerator which provides an eco-friendly 1.75 GPM flow. Houzer’s proprietary quick connect interlock system and oversized locknut provide easy installation and durability to last for the lifetime of the faucet. The Vitale’s slender and stylish water control handle is designed to glide forward for ultra-smooth water control, yet precision engineered with limited 15° rear action to prevent it from hitting the backsplash. Fitted with our CeraDox Ceramic disc cartridge, Houzer guarantees a lifetime of reliable leakproof operation. The Vitale bar faucet is manufactured with the latest technology in the art of metallurgy and crafted with raw molten brass from start to finish in our ISO certified Houzer factory in Israel. More than just a brand name, as a manufacturer we have over 70 years of experience in faucet craftsmanship. This gives Houzer the confidence to stand by our Limited Lifetime Warranty on all our faucets. All Houzer faucets are ICC certified to meet or exceed US State and Federal plumbing codes and low lead safety standards

Houzer VITBA-660-BN – Frequently Asked Questions

1) Does the Houzer VITBA-660 meet ADA requirements for a multi-family or commercial installation?
The Vitale VITBA-660 is listed as ADA compliant, and it's ICC certified to meet or exceed US state and federal plumbing codes and low lead safety standards. The single lever handle glides forward, which is the operation type that matters for accessible fixtures.
2) Is the Houzer Vitale bar faucet a single hole installation?
Yes, it's a single handle, single hole deck mount faucet with a cylindrical base. Houzer's quick connect interlock system and an oversized locknut handle the mounting from below. Installation instructions are published for the VITBA-660 if you want to confirm hole size and deck thickness before you cut.
3) What is the flow rate on the Houzer Vitale bar faucet, and can the aerator be cleaned?
1.75 GPM through a removable AeroFlo aerator. Because it comes out, hard water scale can be cleared without pulling the faucet, which matters on rental and hospitality units where the aerator is the first thing to clog.
4) What finishes does the Houzer Vitale VITBA-660 bar faucet come in?
Three: Brushed Nickel (VITBA-660-BN), Oil Rubbed Bronze (VITBA-660-OB), and Polished Chrome (VITBA-660-PC). If you're matching a bar faucet to an existing main kitchen faucet across a unit, order by that suffix.
5) What is the Houzer Vitale bar faucet made of, and what kind of cartridge does it use?
Solid brass, cast from raw molten brass in Houzer's ISO certified factory in Israel. Water control runs through a CeraDox ceramic disc cartridge, the type that seals on two polished discs rather than rubber washers.
6) Is there a Prop 65 warning on the Houzer VITBA-660?
Yes, the Vitale bar faucet carries a California Proposition 65 warning. That's a disclosure requirement for California sale and is separate from its low lead compliance, which is covered by its ICC certification.
