Not reliably. The F2040 barrel is sized for a single 12 AWG (4 mm2) conductor. Doubling smaller conductors into a single-wire ferrule leaves the crimp outside its rated cross-section. For two conductors in one terminal, use a twin-entry ferrule sized to the combined cross-section instead.
