1) How many doors does the Isonas Pure Access Cloud 1 to 5 door license cover?
The Pure Access Cloud basic access control license covers 1 to 5 doors. It is a per-door license tier, so a site with six or more access points needs a larger tier. The platform itself has no cap on access points; the license is what sets how many you can run on this purchase.
2) Will Pure Access Cloud work with my existing Isonas readers?
Pure Access Cloud runs ISONAS PowerNet Reader-Controller RC-03 models and newer, plus all ISONAS PowerNet IP-Bridge models. Older reader-controllers below RC-03 are outside that list, so check the model number stamped on the unit before licensing. The software administers the Pure IP hardware directly, no separate panel involved.
3) What information do I have to supply when ordering an Isonas Pure Access Cloud license?
This is a factory download, not a boxed item, and the order cannot be processed without four things in the order notes: the site name, the license key number if you are renewing, the time zone, and the email address of the installer who will maintain the software. Leave any of those out and the license cannot be issued.
4) Do I need a server or PC on site to run Isonas Pure Access Cloud?
No server, no on site software install. Pure Access Cloud is hosted on Amazon Web Services and administered from a mobile device, tablet, or a modern browser. For a property manager running doors across several buildings, that means one login covers every site regardless of geography, with no IT box sitting in a closet at each address.
5) What is the difference between Pure Access Cloud and Pure Access Manager?
Both are part of the same ISONAS Pure Access family. Cloud is the fully hosted platform, run for you on Amazon Web Services, with nothing to stand up on site. Pure Access Manager is the on premise option, where the software lives on your own server. Pick Cloud if you do not want to own a server or handle the hosting; pick Manager if policy requires the system stay inside your own network.
6) Can I manage multiple buildings or sites from one Isonas Pure Access account?
Yes. Pure Access manages an unlimited number of access points across any geography from one interface, so a multi site portfolio is handled from a single console rather than one system per building. The 1 to 5 door license tier is what limits how many doors you can bring under it on this purchase.
7) Is the Isonas Pure Access Cloud license a physical product I receive in the mail?
It is a factory download, a software license rather than a shipped part. Nothing arrives in a box. The license is issued against the site details you supply at order time, and the installer whose email you list is the one who receives and maintains it.
8) Does the Pure Access Cloud license include the readers or credentials, or do I order those separately?
The license covers the software only. ISONAS PowerNet Reader-Controllers, IP-Bridges, and the badge credentials your users carry are separate line items. Budget a reader-controller per opening plus credentials per user on top of the 1 to 5 door license.
