It renews Pure Access Cloud for a door count in the 21 to 50 range, at the Basic access control tier, for a one year subscription term. If your site has grown past 50 doors since the last term, this band won't cover it and you need the next tier up.
2) What information do I have to supply when ordering an Isonas Pure Access Cloud license renewal?
This is a factory download, not a boxed item, and the order can't be processed without four things in the order notes: the site name, the existing license key number for the renewal, the time zone, and the email address of the installer who maintains the software. Leave any of them out and the download stalls.
3) Is this a new Isonas Pure Access license or a renewal of an existing one?
Renewal. It extends an existing Pure Access Cloud subscription for another year, which is why the order asks for the current license key number. A site standing up Pure Access for the first time needs a new license rather than this one.
4) Do I need a server on site to run Isonas Pure Access Cloud?
No. Pure Access Cloud is the fully hosted half of the Pure Access family, run on Amazon Web Services, so there is no on premise server to buy or patch. If your facility requires the software to live on your own hardware instead, Pure Access Manager is the on premise option in the same family.
