2) How many pins and bearings come in the Keedex K-16, and are the sizes matched?
Seven taper pin sizes and four bearing sizes. The bearings (1/4, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2 inch) line up with the four largest pin sizes, so on bigger holes you have both halves of the repair. The three smallest pins, 1/8, 3/16 and 5/16 inch, do not have a matching bearing in the kit.
3) Where is the Keedex K-16 safe repair kit made?
Made in the U.S.A. The taper pins are milled from bar steel rather than formed, which is what lets them drive tight into an irregular drill hole.
