KIT-121 Enviro-Kit

The KIT-121 Enviro-Kit is a gasket set: two weather gaskets plus one conduit gasket. One weather gasket seats between the wall and the conduit spacer, the second between the spacer and the cover, and the conduit gasket seals the conduit entry. No cover, spacer or fasteners are included, so the Damage Stopper cover and any conduit spacer are ordered separately.

For an exterior or wash-down location, yes. The Horn/Strobe Damage Stopper cover on its own is not sealed at the wall or at the conduit entry; the KIT-121 gaskets are what make the installation weather resistant. On a dry interior corridor or stairwell, the cover can go up without it.

It does. Along with the two wall-and-cover weather gaskets, the KIT-121 includes a dedicated conduit gasket, so the penetration where surface conduit enters the spacer is sealed rather than left open to driven rain.

The KIT-121 is specified for the Horn/Strobe Damage Stopper series. STI builds separate Damage Stopper covers for pull stations and other devices with their own footprints, so order the enviro-kit matched to the cover family you are installing rather than assuming this one crosses over.

Neoprene. It is the standard choice for this kind of weather seal because it stays flexible through temperature swings and resists water, ozone and sunlight better than plain rubber, which is what you want on a gasket compressed between a wall plate and a cover year-round.

Single part number, KIT-121. There are no finish, size or handing choices to specify, so one kit covers one Damage Stopper horn/strobe installation. For a building with several exterior devices, order one kit per cover.
