The LTZES07G-C is 2 inch trade size liquid tight flexible metallic conduit supplied as a 100 foot (30 m) coil. One coil is one orderable unit, so a run longer than 100 feet means either multiple coils or a coupling mid-run.

Fittings are ordered separately and must be 2 inch liquidtight connectors rated for metallic flex (LFMC). The conduit ships as bare coil, with no connectors, bushings, or sealing rings in the carton, so count the terminations at each box and enclosure and order them alongside.

Galvanized steel core with a jacket over it. That is standard liquid tight flexible metallic conduit construction, so it pulls and bends like flex but carries the metal core, unlike liquidtight flexible nonmetallic (LFNC), which is all plastic.

That is what the liquidtight jacket is for. The LTZES07G-C is liquid tight flexible metallic conduit, so the jacket seals the steel core against moisture, which is why it gets used for outdoor equipment whips, rooftop units, pumps, and washdown areas. The seal only holds if the terminations are liquidtight fittings with the sealing gasket properly torqued.

For the last few feet into a motor, compressor, rooftop unit or pump, flex is the right call: the LTZES07G-C bends around the equipment and absorbs vibration that would loosen rigid conduit threads over time. Run rigid or EMT for the long straight distribution portion, then transition to this 2 inch liquidtight flex at the equipment connection.

Grey jacket. Some facilities and specs use jacket color to segregate systems (grey for general power, other colors for controls or hazardous circuits), so if your drawing calls out a color code, confirm grey is the one specified for that circuit before pulling it in.
