No. The U1079-X is a meter socket only, with no main breaker (Number of Main Breakers: 0) and no receptacles. You supply the service disconnect separately downstream. If you need metering and main breaker in one enclosure, you want a meter-main combination instead of this socket.
2) Can this meter socket be used for an underground service lateral, or is it overhead only?
