Both are the same 125A 7-terminal lever bypass socket; the difference is the top entry. The U9320-RRL adapts to a small open hub for an overhead service where you're landing a conduit hub or weatherhead riser. The U9320-RXL adapts to a small closing plate, which is what you want on an underground lateral where nothing enters the top. Pick based on how the service comes in, not on the socket itself.
