5) Is this trap adapter rated for pressure supply lines or drainage only?
Drainage only. The 0901 is a DWV (drain, waste, vent) fitting and the slip joint end is a gravity drainage connection, not a pressure joint. For pressurized copper supply work you need pressure-rated copper fittings, not DWV.
