Yes. It is a Schedule 40 DWV fitting, so it matches standard black Schedule 40 ABS DWV pipe in the same nominal size. Use ABS solvent cement on both the hub socket and the spigot end. Do not try to solvent weld it to PVC; that is a different cement and a different material, and a transition coupling is the correct way to join the two systems.
