The Pi 11 inch flush mount carries a Damp location rating, so it is fine for a bathroom ceiling, a covered porch ceiling, or a laundry room where it sees humidity but no direct water. It is an indoor-rated fixture and it is cETLus listed. Do not use it in a wet location such as directly over a shower head or an uncovered exterior ceiling.

It is dimmable, but the LED is integrated rather than a replaceable lamp, so you cannot swap a bulb and you need an LED-compatible 120V dimmer, not an old incandescent rotary.
