NUVO Lighting 65-794R2 150W UFO LED High Bay, 5000K, 21600 Lumens, 120-277V, White Finish

The 65-794R2 is a universal-voltage fixture rated 120V through 277V, so it works on 120, 208, 240 and 277 volt circuits without changing anything on the fixture. It will not run on 347V or 480V service; for those panels you need a fixture rated for high-voltage input.

It hangs from a locking hanging hook, which ships with the fixture along with a 6 foot power whip (72 inch wire lead). Mounting is pendant hanging or surface. The fixture only weighs 4.53 lbs, so a standard threaded rod, chain or aircraft cable drop from structure will carry it. You still supply the overhead attachment point and the connection at the junction box.

At 150 watts it delivers 21,600 lumens, which is in the range shops typically use to swap out a 400W metal halide high bay whose output has already depreciated. Color is 5000K daylight with 80 CRI, so the space will read noticeably cleaner and whiter than an aging HID. Rated life is 50,000 hours.

It carries a wet location rating and is cULus safety listed, so moisture exposure is acceptable. The listed application is indoor, so use it in wash bays, coolers, and damp warehouse areas rather than as an exposed exterior area light.

Dimming is supported, so it can go on a 0-10V control or occupancy/daylight scheme. Color temperature is fixed at 5000K, however, it is not a CCT-selectable fixture. If you need 4000K in part of the building you have to order a different fixture for those bays.

The LED source is integrated into the fixture, there is no lamp and no socket to relamp. At end of life the whole UFO gets replaced. Housing is die-cast aluminum, which is what carries the heat away from the integrated board.

The fixture body is 11.02 inches in diameter and 8.11 inches tall, plus whatever drop length your hook and rod or cable add. Allow for the 6 foot whip to reach your junction box as well.

A round UFO like this one throws a broadly symmetric pattern from a single point, which suits open warehouse floor, manufacturing bays and garages on a square grid, and it is a fast one-for-one swap for an existing round HID high bay on a pendant drop. Linear high bays are the better fit over aisle racking, where you want the light stretched along the aisle rather than spread in a circle. This fixture mounts pendant or surface at 11.02 inches diameter and 4.53 lbs, so the drop hardware is simple either way.

The 65-794R2 is RoHS compliant. It does carry a California Proposition 65 disclosure for lead, which matters if you are submitting product data on a California public or institutional project.

White is the only finish offered on this model. If you are standardizing a facility and need every bay to match, all units of 65-794R2 come out the same white die-cast aluminum housing.
