The 65-868-5 is a high-voltage fixture only, rated 277V to 480V. It will not operate on a 120V or 208/240V circuit, so if your parking lot panel is 120-277V single phase you can use the 277V leg but nothing lower. Draw is 300W.

Type V throws light in a symmetrical circle around the pole, so it suits the interior of a lot, a courtyard, or an open yard where the pole sits in the middle of the area being lit. Type III is asymmetric and forward-throwing, which is what you want on perimeter poles along a property line or roadway edge where you do not want light spilling behind the pole. The 65-868-5 is the Type V version at 300W and 39,815 lumens.
