No. The TK320 is rated for dry locations and indoor use only. Bathrooms with shower steam, covered exterior soffits, and unconditioned garages all call for a damp or wet listed fixture instead. It carries a cETLus safety listing for use in the US and Canada.

It is a ceiling-mounted kit and it uses a floating power feed (the TP154), which means the feed can be positioned anywhere along the 4-foot track rather than being fixed at one end. That lets you center the track over the junction box wherever the box happens to sit. Supply is 120V. Mounting hardware for the track is in the box.
