Yes, as long as the housings are small format (SFIC). The PDQ I5206-1 is a 6-pin interchangeable core, and PDQ SFIC cores swap with Best, Falcon and Arrow cores. Pick a Best keyway (A through R, WA/WB/WC/WG/WH, TB/TD/TE, Q, M) to key it into an existing Best-family system. If you choose the SCC option instead, you are ordering the Schlage large format version, which will not drop into an SFIC housing.

The I5206-1 is 6-pin. PDQ also builds SFIC cores in 7-pin, so if your existing system is pinned to 7 you need that version instead, not this one. Pin count has to match the system you are keying into.
