94518 Series
The 94518 Series Adjustable Aluminum Top Sill is 4-7/8" wide and designed for prehung doors in the market. It features an adjustable design, allowing for up to 1/4" compensation for uneven door bottoms and sub-sill level changes. The two-part zinc-plated steel stud shoulder screw and T-nut provide superior stability and reliability. The PemkoPrene moisture barrier prevents water intrusion, while the bulb configuration maintains constant pressure between the aluminum cap and extrusion at any level of adjustment. It's available in an Oak Top model.
