Note the hanger count: two hangers means one leaf. A bi-parting pair needs a second pack's worth of hangers, guide and stops.
3) Is the Pemko H200A a bottom rolling or top hung sliding door system?
Top hung. The panel hangs from two H222R1 hangers riding in the 280C overhead track, and the only thing at the floor is the 102N nylon guide, which keeps the bottom of the leaf from swinging without carrying weight. That means no floor track to cut in and nothing across the threshold, but it also means the header or wall above the opening has to carry the full panel load, up to 200 lbs.
4) Can the H200A be mounted to a soffit instead of the wall face?
Three mounting configurations are covered: face mount, soffit mount, and face/soffit mount with fascia. Face mount puts the track on the wall above the opening, soffit mount hangs it from the underside of a header or ceiling, and the fascia option covers the track where it is exposed to view.
