1) Will the Pro-Lok specialty wrap plate fit an Alarm Lock T2 or T3?
That's exactly what it's cut for. The Pro-Lok specialty wrap plate is prepped to fit Alarm Lock T2 and T3 locks, wrapping the door edge to repair and reinforce wood or metal doors against forced entry. If you have a different lock body on the door, this prep won't line up.
2) What door thickness does the Pro-Lok wrap plate work on?
It's built for 1-3/4 inch doors only, which is the standard commercial door thickness. A thinner 1-3/8 inch door will leave the wrap loose on the edge, so it isn't the right part for older residential interior doors.
3) My tenant door got kicked in around the Alarm Lock. Do I need a new lock or just this plate?
If the lock itself still works and it's the door edge that's chewed up, the wrap plate is the repair. It wraps the edge and reinforces the area around the T2 or T3 prep so the door resists the next forced entry attempt, and it saves replacing the leaf. If the lock body or latch is damaged, the plate alone won't fix that.
