1) Does the RAB FFLED small floodlight run on 277V, or do I need a separate fixture for each voltage?
One fixture covers the whole range. The FFLED Small runs 120-277V, so the same part works on 120V residential circuits and 208, 240, or 277V commercial feeds. Draw is 0.25A at 120V, 0.14A at 208V, 0.13A at 240V, and 0.11A at 277V, which is what you size the branch circuit and count fixtures per circuit from. No separate voltage-specific SKU to order.
2) Can I change the color temperature on the RAB FFLED floodlight after it's installed?
Depends which one you order. Most of the FFLED Small models are 4000K/5000K CCT adjustable, so you can set neutral or daylight in the field, useful when you're matching a color temperature already running on the rest of the property. The Y models (FFLEDSY, FFLEDSYW and their photocell versions) are fixed 3000K warm and cannot be switched. If you want the option later, order the adjustable version.
3) Do I need to add a separate photocell to get dusk-to-dawn on this RAB floodlight?
Not if you order the /PCU version. The button photocell is built in on FFLEDS/PCU, FFLEDSW/PCU, FFLEDSY/PCU and FFLEDSYW/PCU, and it's rated for the full 120-277V range so it works on any of the supported voltages. The plain FFLEDS, FFLEDSW, FFLEDSY and FFLEDSYW have no photocell and will need external control, a timeclock, or a switched circuit. The photocell is a factory option, not a field add.
4) Is the RAB FFLED small floodlight eligible for a utility rebate?
It's listed DLC Premium under DLC version 5.1, which is the tier most utility programs require for their higher rebate levels. Bring the model number to your utility's qualified products lookup to confirm the specific program amount, but the certification itself is in place.
5) What are the dimensions of the RAB FFLED small floodlight? I need to know if it fits my mounting spot.
The fixture measures 13.8 x 12 x 8.5 inches. That's the footprint to check against a wall box, pole bracket, or parapet location before you commit. It mounts on a knuckle, so once it's up you swivel and lock the aim rather than relying on the mount position to get the beam where you want it.

If you're swapping a small wall-mounted quartz or low-wattage flood on a doorway, loading dock, or side yard, this is the size. For a parking field or a tall pole, step up to a larger flood or an area light. Match your existing fixture's delivered light, not its wattage.
9) What finish options does the RAB FFLED small floodlight come in, and does the finish limit anything else?
Bronze and white, and neither one restricts your other choices. Both finishes are offered in the 4000K/5000K adjustable build and in the fixed 3000K warm build, with or without the button photocell, so all eight combinations exist.
