Both. The FFLEDXS runs anywhere from 120 to 277 volts on the same fixture, so one part number covers a residential 120V branch circuit or a commercial 277V lighting panel. It depends which one you order. The FFLEDXS and FFLEDXSW are field-adjustable between 4000K and 5000K, so you pick the look on site and can match neighboring fixtures without swapping the light. The Y versions (FFLEDXSY, FFLEDXSYW) are fixed 3000K warm white only, no adjustment. If a property has mixed lighting and you want one SKU on the truck, go with the adjustable version.
3) Do I need a separate photocell for dusk-to-dawn operation on this RAB flood light?
Not if you order the /PCU version. FFLEDXS/PCU, FFLEDXSW/PCU, FFLEDXSY/PCU and FFLEDXSYW/PCU come with a 120-277V button photocell built in, so the fixture switches itself on at dusk with no external control and no additional wiring beyond the line feed. The plain FFLEDXS, FFLEDXSW, FFLEDXSY and FFLEDXSYW have no photocell and need to be switched, timed, or run off a panel control. The photocell is factory-ordered, so decide before you buy.
4) Is the 13W RAB FFLEDXS eligible for utility rebates?
