Rockwood 456L Straight Roller Stop

Projection is 6-1/4 inches, with a 2 inch diameter roller. That is what decides whether it works: measure from the mounting surface to where the door edge lands at the stop point. If the door needs less than 6-1/4 inches of standoff, the 456L will stop it short of the intended swing; if it needs more, the door will strike past the roller.

Yes, three #8 x 3/4 inch oval head sheet metal screws ship with the stop. Those are sized for a hollow metal frame or a solid backing. Into drywall or block you will need appropriate anchors, which are not part of the package, and a roller stop at 6-1/4 inches of projection puts real leverage on the fasteners, so hitting solid blocking or a stud matters.
