The S11813 is wattage selectable at 33W, 40W or 46W, giving 2500, 3000 or 3500 lumens. You pick the setting at installation rather than ordering a different model, which is how you hit a lighting power density target on one opening and a higher output on another without changing part numbers. Yes. It accepts 120V through 277V at 60Hz on the same driver, so the same fixture works on a 120V branch circuit in a residential-style corridor and a 277V lighting panel in a commercial building. No separate voltage version to specify.

Damp location rated and listed for indoor use. That covers bathrooms, kitchens and enclosed corridors where condensation is possible. It is not wet rated, so keep it out of showers with direct spray, open soffits and anything exposed to weather; that application needs a wet-listed fixture.

No lamps to order. It is an integrated LED fixture with no socket or replaceable bulb, rated at 50,000 average hours. For an MRO group that means no relamping line item, but also that the whole unit is the replacement when it reaches end of life.

White is the only finish offered on the S11813, over an aluminum base. The round white trim reads flat against most commercial ceiling tile and drywall, which is what keeps a fleet of openings looking consistent when you are replacing a few at a time.
