1) Will the Schlage XE360 wireless exit trim work on my Von Duprin 22 surface vertical rod device?

Yes. The XE360EW22S is built for the Von Duprin 22 SVR device, and the XE360 exit trim line also covers Falcon 25, Von Duprin 98/99 and XP98/99 rim devices. It uses a modular adapter to make the transition between those device families. Backset, latchbolt and strike all come from the exit device itself, not from the trim, so the device you already have on the door sets those.

2) What stile width and door thickness does the XE360 exit trim need?
