The PM Series offers 26 functions, including three electrified, and four mortise deadbolt functions, all made to meet Schlage’s rigorous quality standards. With popular levers and finish options, Schlage's full key system security line up, and its durable design, you can meet needs for both security and style. They are made to suite with other Allegion products to present a quality, complete door hardware solution and provide a consistent user experience throughout your building or complex. Better yet, you can suite the PM Series mortise locks with the PT Series tubular locks, as they share lever and rose styles.

 

PM456 - Corridor Lock with Deadbolt

  • Key cylinder outside; thumbturn inside; deadbolt and latchbolt
  • Latchbolt retracted by lever from either side
  • Outside lever is made inoperative when deadbolt is thrown by key
  • outside or by inside thumbturn
  • Key outside retracts deadbolt and unlocks outside lever
  • Rotating inside lever retracts both deadbolt and latchbolt and
  • unlocks outside lever
  • Inside lever always free for immediate egress

  • Case: Cold Rolled Steel (CRS) with corrosion resistant zinc dichromate plating
  • Case size: 4-7/16" x 6-1/16" x 1" (113 mm x 154 mm x 25 mm) Note: PM and L Series case and cover holes differ. 
  • Spacing: lever to cylinder 3-7/8" (98 mm);  lever to thumbturn hub 2-11/16" (68 mm)
  • Door thickness: 1-3/4" (44 mm) standard; 1-3/8" (35 mm) minimum; fits doors up to 2-1/2" thick - specify door thickness if  over 1-3/4" and position in door (Available EE only)                                            
  • Field reversible handing
