- Latchbolt retracted by lever/knob from either side;
- Deadbolt actuation by key or thumbturn rotation;
- Throwing deadbolt locks outside lever/knob;
- Turning inside knob/lever retracts both deadbolt and latchbolt and unlocks outside lever/knob;
- Inside lever always free for immediate egress.
